Shipping:

Orders for items in stock received by 3:30pm EST will ship the same day or the following business day. We ship via UPS and standard rates apply. We ship to all of the contiguous 48 states.

Orders with a destination of the Grand Rapids, Michigan metropolitan area will be delivered the following business day by an InfoTech delivery driver.

Shipping schedules are not guaranteed.

Returns:

InfoTech offers full credit for returned products when the following policy is followed.

Call 1-800-979-4463 and explain that you have a return, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number that will be valid for 30 days. All returns are subject to the following:

1. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.

2. All products must be returned in their original packaging. If the product is defective, include print samples or and explanation of the problem encountered.

3. Credit will be issued only after evaluation of the product and/or verification of defect.

4. Unused products will receive full credit only if returned un-opened in original packaging.

5. Special order and non-stock items maybe subject to a re-stocking fee.
